Handsome-handsome and pretty-pretty kan!
Based on reports about this couple adventures in North Borneo they met only the Rumanau and Tenggara (Tangara). Kalau tidak silap saya these sub-ethnics of Dusun mostly available di kawasan sekitar Labuk, Beluran, Telupid. Unfortunately only the Tenggaras are seen on photos but not the Rumanau (motif? camera shy mengkali kan). Kalau boleh mau juga bah tengok bagaimana penampilan other sub-ethnics dulu-dulu, especially the majority Bundu-Liwan :O. Pakai jeans mengkali kan..kekekek (loin-cloth bah juga..right?). Too bad this couple only reached areas along the Kinabatangan river yang entah berapa kilometer saja dari Sandakan. Berangan pula tu mau tengok 'headhunters' (hehe). Probably it's not too much to say that they ain't seen nothing yet...not even a glimpse of Mt. Kinabalu. But of course those photos they've taken are undeniably priceless. At least we have a glimpse of how our fellow Sabahans looked like in the past..kan!(reportedly 2,700 images altogether but only few hundred published in the book). Tapi kalau ndak silap kan, some of these images are being displayed in State Muzium.
