I think she's the 2006 Unduk Ngadau the year before Joanne was crowned.
In the meantime, this sumandak is probably the first one to be crowned as Unduk Ngadau (mukim level) this year. Once I saw this picture...punyalah panick cepat-cepat saya check calender I thought it's already May (maklumlah kan masih banyak kerja terbengkalai)..duhh suspen ja *LOL*. Brace yourself for more.
